Privacy policy

The MyWorld Marketing Platform (“the platform”, at app.content-base.co) is operated by MyWorld Careers Pte. Ltd., 152 Beach Road, Singapore 189721 (“we”, “us”). It is used by authorised users to manage their own marketing accounts. This page explains what information the platform handles and how.

Who can use the platform

Only people an administrator has invited. Each person signs in with their own email address, a password and a phone code.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, work email address, role, sign-in times and the security details needed to sign you in (your password is stored only as a secure hash).
• Your work in the platform: the content, tasks, lists and settings you and your team add.
• A record of changes: who changed what and when, kept so the team can see the history.
• Data from accounts you connect, such as Google (below).

Google data

If an authorised user connects a Google account, the platform reads data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4) and YouTube, read-only. It never changes anything in your Google accounts. The data is used only to show reporting to the account owner and their team inside the platform. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

The platform’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time from the platform, or from your Google account’s security settings. The keys that let the platform read your data are stored encrypted on our server and are never shown in the browser.

How we keep it safe

• Secure connections (HTTPS) only.
• Every sign-in needs a password and a phone code.
• Each action is checked against the person’s role on the server.
• Keys for connected services are encrypted. Backups are encrypted.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the platform for us (hosting, database and email delivery), under their own security terms. We don’t sell personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as your organisation uses the platform, or until an administrator removes it. Backups are kept for up to 30 days.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask a question about this page, by writing to support@myworld-careers.com.

Changes

This is an interim page. We will replace it with reviewed wording before the platform is offered publicly. The address of this page will stay the same, and the date at the top will change.
